We sell frozen food products. All items are stored and handled under proper temperature conditions to ensure quality.

2. Payment

Full payment must be made before order processing. Orders will only be prepared after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Orders will be processed within 2-5 working days.

We use third-party frozen courier services for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on location.

4. Important (Frozen Products)

All frozen products must be received same day upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

We are not responsible for any spoilage due to delayed receiving.

5. Refund & Replacement

Due to the nature of frozen food, no refunds or returns are allowed.

However, if you receive wrong or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours with photo proof.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
